Please inquire here on our website and we will schedule you to come in for a tour. From there, you talk through your initial event logistics and dive deeper into your questions. We love getting to know our clients and understand their event vision and goals, so we are able to provide the best service possible.
We send over a proposal, review next steps, and get you all set with our client portal to beginning working together.

Welcome to Harro! From here on out you have access to our coordinating team, preferred vendor list, and planning portal. We connect you with vendors we know will bring your vision to life, and make your planning process smooth.
Harro has in house catering, bar, ceremony location, and bridal suites. We handle all the logistics of planning your event here so you can relax and focus on the details and guest experience.

The big day is finally here and you feel prepared, organized, and well taken care of. Our onsite event team greets your arriving vendors as you get ready in our suites, and we prepare everything in house for the event!
With generations of hospitality behind us, we pride ourselves on curating an unforgettable guest experience from start to finish. You are in good hands at Harro East Ballroom.

Yes! There are comfortable, private spaces for both parties to get ready, including a bridal suite and groomβs suite.

A member of our team will be onsite during your event to oversee venue operations and assist with logistics.

Room rental includes tables, chairs, linens, napkins, basic event setup, glassware, flatware, and parking.

Yes. Outside desserts are permitted as long as they are purchased from a licensed bakery, restaurant, or store and proof of purchase is provided.

Vendor arrival times are coordinated with your event manager based on the event timeline and logistics.

Yes, you are welcome to bring dΓ©cor. To protect the venue, some restrictions apply, including no wall attachments, confetti, or glitter.

Yes. The building is accessible, with a sloped entrance and restrooms located on the main floor.

Capacity varies depending on the event layout, such as a seated dinner, cocktail-style reception, or ceremony and reception combination. Our team can help determine the best setup for your guest count. As a general guideline:
Seated event with dance floor: up to 260 guests
Seated event without dance floor: up to 300 guests
Cocktail-style reception: up to 450 guests

Yes. The venue is surrounded by four parking lots for convenient guest access

To reserve your event date, a signed contract and deposit are required. Dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

All catering and bar services are provided exclusively through The Harro East Ballroom.

Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs can typically be accommodated with advance notice.

All outside vendors must be licensed and insured. If hiring an outside coordinator, they must be selected from our Preferred Vendors list.

Event end times are outlined in your contract and may vary depending on the type of event.
